As a Manager, Strategy & New Business you are going to be a part of ZunRoof’s Growth and Go To Market Team, where you are going to lead revenue for a particular Business vertical at ZunRoof. Initially, you will get a taste of working in different business verticals like B2C and B2B side of Solar Rooftop, IoT, Energy Access etc. and later you will be given charge of Revenue related business metrics of a particular Business vertical. You will get a chance to lead your team, your region, your business vertical of your own, keeping in mind the strategic goals of the overall business. You will get a hands-on, end to end experience of how to compete in a marketplace and achieve targets despite negative externalities coming your way. From setting up of targets for a particular individual/ region to accomplishing the current fiscal year targets for the overall business vertical and planning for targets for net fiscal year, everything would be coming under your belt.
Responsibilities
• Planning and Executing end to end sales cycle for potential clients; from lead generation, managing trial accounts to the closing of new business deals
• Effectively and efficiently leading a team independently to achieve overall business goals of your respective business vertical
• Identify region or business specific nuances which may facilitate or hamper revenue growth
• Actively lead campaigns and on ground activities related to revenue generation to ensure maximum outreach
• Establishing Standard Operating Procedures for seamless scale up of Sales operations
• Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy
• Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement
