IOT Product Lead (Full TIme)

Job description:

We are looking for a skilled leader to join our team in Gurgaon as an IoT Product Lead with a proven
ability to build Smart Home IoT products and lead and work with cross-functional teams of IoT &
Software Development Engineers, Product Managers and Designers
The IoT Product Lead will -
● Lead development of the Internet of Things (IoT) ecosystem, including IoT hardware, firmware and
backend for all ZunPulse IoT products
● Lead a team of IoT engineers to manage R&D, testing and production of ZunPulse IoT products
● Work directly with Software Development, Product and Business Operations teams to ensure IoT
Product roadmap is delivered
● Negotiate commercial agreements with partners in the industry and manage supplier relationships
● Research IoT market requirements, trends, competitive landscape, product road-map, pricing and
packaging options, cost model, and P&L
● Identify Objectives & Key Results(OKR) for the team and measure success
● Develop test frameworks and operational tools for testing
● Seek and promote synergy and cost efficient opportunities

Skill(s) required:

What we need -
● Experienced leader capable of inspiring cross-functional teams to challenge the norm and deliver
innovative solutions
● Strong understanding of the IoT industry, products and services including device categories, features,
architectures and communication protocols
● Proven track record of delivering success stories in the IoT market - furthering performance,
identifying and launching new capabilities
● Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams of Engineers, Product Managers and Designers
● Ability to prioritise features related to user experience
● Strong problem solving skills with an emphasis on product development

Who can apply:

● 4-7 years of work experience in the IoT field covering many of the following -
○ Microcontroller: AVR, ARM Cortex, ESP32, ESP8266, Arduino and others
○ Experience of HW designing rules
○ Hands on experience on Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzer, Function/Signal generator
○ Protocols:- Ethernet, Wi-Fi, USB, Serial interfaces(SPI, I2C, RS485, RS422, RS232), Modbus, HTTP,
MQTT
○ Skills:- Hardware Design, Embedded C programming and Embedded System Integration
● Degree (B.Tech, MS or equivalent) in Computer Science, ECE, Electrical or Mechanical
