This isn't just any other opening in Human Resources or People management. The incumbent will
be required to leverage their core HR skills and apply them in a rapidly changing environment to
impact business outcomes- ranging from Talent Acquisition and Retention to ensuring diversity and
inclusion in the organization, while being a specialist on HR Policies, Incentives, Recognition, and
Benefits programs to meet the business & talent needs.
Roles and Responsibilities
● Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly Talent acquisition targets - through
sourcing directly and driving employee referrals within the required TATs
● Track and report on candidate pipelines and hires against requirements; contribute to an
engaging and upbeat working environment
● To proactively understand the business strategy and translate into high impact people
interventions
● Take a lead on People Analytics and drive appropriate initiatives related to Rewards &
Recognition, Compensation & Benchmarking, HR Budgeting etc.
● Influence and partner with cross functional working teams, including both HR and business
team members, to launch various company policies on-time
● Be the conscience keeper of the organization championing the cause of employees and
upholding the organization's values
● Ensures all People programs meet employee needs, comply with legal requirements, and
are cost-effective
● Manage end-to-end lifecycle of the on roll and off roll employees in the business
● Coach and advice people leaders on all people related matters

Skill(s) required:
● Strong business acumen and HR conceptual knowledge
● Hands on experience of Talent Acquisition, campus recruitment and conducting various
types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc. in a virtual environment)
● Good planning, organizing and coordinating competencies and able to handle multiple
assignments concurrently
● Able to work on varied and complex tasks with little or no supervision
● Stakeholder management: Ability to navigate through multiple stakeholders and build
strong working relationships across all levels of the organization
● Good communication skills, strong at articulation, interpersonal, negotiation and decision-
making, data driven conversations and influencing ability
● High on Numerical Ability
● Advanced Data Analytics & MS-Excel Skills
